Behind every dazzling Kids From Wisconsin performance is a carefully coordinated tour operation that spans dozens of cities across the state. Tour Essentials cover the critical behind-the-scenes expenses that keep our summer tour on the road—transportation, lodging, meals, and crew support for nearly 50 youth performers and staff.

Our production truck alone costs over $20,000, including fuel, to safely transport equipment and staging to each venue. Hotel accommodations cost approximately $2,500 per night, and with meal expenses averaging $500 per meal, the cost of touring quickly adds up. While audiences enjoy the magic on stage, it’s these essential logistics that make each performance possible.
