MKE Arts Spotlight

We are inviting you to participate in a FREE COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY ARTS SHOWCASE that will be presented on July 30th, 2022. The event will kick off at 12pm! The event will go until 6pm. Your involvement as a participant in this collaborative arts event will be beneficial in many ways. Introduce what you have to offer to the community.

• Spotlight your products or services. We want to invite the entire community to this event at Washington Park. The reason we picked Washington Park is because it is a great space that is underutilized. Tables will need to be supplied by your organization and set up in our designated ARTS SPOTLIGHT location at the park. (we will rent the park, get permits, etc) WE ARE MOVING ALL THE "BOOTHS" CLOSER TO THE STAGE, TO MAKE THIS MORE INTIMATE.
• SHOWCASE YOUR "ART" WITH PERFORMANCES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. We want this to be interactive and allow people to see performances throughout the day. (dance companies, vocal companies, theater companies etc... ) Highlight what you have going on in the upcoming months. Up to 10 groups will be allotted 20 minute time frames for performances.  
• Offer a token or raffle from your business to potential students and attendees to take home. Example: information, coupons, schedule of performances or a trinket for them to remember you.
• Help promote the MKE ARTS SPOTLIGHT DAY.

As we gather a list of interested organizations more information will be provided along with performance schedules etc. We will also determine volunteer opportunities as this will take the entire arts community to make it a success.

SIGNS for each organization will be provided, for display, along with maps and time of performances.

Set up will begin in the park at 10am.
